For us, it starts with conservation. Whether that is in our apartment homes or in the common areas, we look to conserve the energy consumed on property. We focus on water conservation improvements such as low-flow showerheads and toilets. All our lighting on property is done with modern, high-efficiency LED bulbs and fixtures. We strive to use efficient heating and cooling through modern heat pump technology.

The overarching goal? Consume less!

Once conservation improvements have been completed, we look to offset our energy footprint by producing power on property. We strive to achieve a net-neutral energy use with high-production photovoltaic solar panels and micro inverters.
